John here - just wanted to let everyone know that the test went well and Becca had no issues with the anesthesia. The results came back normal, which means that Becca does
not have hearing loss. It is very good to get a definitive answer to that question. So, no hearing aids - yay!
Great!!! I was so happy to hear that!
ReplyDeleteDouble yay! Good job baby Becca!
ReplyDeleteFANTASTIC news all the way around! So glad to read this update. Thankfully, there's plenty of other pink glittery accessories for Becca to choose from :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent all around!
ReplyDeleteWhat awesome news, Nancy. Sure, you could have "handled" her having hearing loss, but who wants to do that?!!!! Good for Becca!

Glad everything went so smoothly. And so happy that you guys were able to get a definitive answer.
ReplyDeleteSuch good news. This would not have been an insurmountable obstacle, but a break she needed (YOU needed) and a break you got! So glad her tiny ears are happy. I guess I should get sparkly pink hearing aids next time around so she can see what she missed out on. ;)
ReplyDeleteYAY! No hearing aids! Whew. Sarah and I can tell you for sure - that is one more thing you DEFINITELY don't want to have to worry about. And, while Sarah and I are all positive about being hearing impaired...I don't know if I can say we're happy about hearing aids. They pretty much are a royal pain in the ask. ;)
ReplyDeleteHIP HIP, HOOOORAYYY!!!
ReplyDeleteOoooh YAY!!!!! That is awesome news!!!
ReplyDeleteI just got the letter from audiology! That is so wonderful!!
